Yes. We photograph every property ourselves — no stock images, no wide-angle exaggeration, no staging that doesn't match the real space.
If you want to see something specific before you book — a particular angle, the view from the balcony, the actual size of a bedroom — message us and we'll send extra photos or a video walk-through.
For short stays, no separate security deposit — it's covered by the standard booking. For longer stays (30+ days), a refundable deposit equivalent to one week's rent is held and returned within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage.
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us your kids' ages when you book and we'll set up the apartment before you arrive — crib, high chair, baby gates, kid-friendly toiletries, a small box of toys and books.

If we have the apartment free, we'll keep your rate. If your apartment is booked after you leave, we'll find you another Hostbetter home and help with the move.
For stays of 14+ nights, a mid-stay clean is included. For monthly stays, we clean every two weeks at no extra cost.

Most Hostbetter properties include one free parking space in the building. A few have two. The exact details are confirmed for each property when you book.
Visitor parking is available in most buildings, usually at a small daily fee paid directly to the building.
We send detailed building directions, photos of the entrance, and your access code 48 hours before arrival. A welcome WhatsApp comes 24 hours before with the Wi-Fi password and a personal note.
Late arrival? Tell us in advance and we'll meet you at the building. No families standing in a Dubai lobby at midnight with sleepy kids — we don't do that.
Some of our properties accept pets, others don't (building rules vary). Tell us about your pet — type, size, age — and we'll find you a home that welcomes them.

Yes. Hostbetter operates under a Dubai holiday home permit issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET, formerly DTCM), and is registered as a UAE trade company.
